In 2013 Lisa embarked on a new adventure, to set up a commercial desktop report and environmental mapping business, delivering insight on environmental risk and suitability for property development and infrastructure. Her consultancy background and passion for the environment ensured that the company maintained and developed its competitive position, developing and taking new products to market.

She is one of very few people in the country who is able to support on RAM3 software. She is also proficient in using VBA, VB.net and C++.

Kim was the technical lead on the development of a guidance document for the use of statistical techniques to analyse contaminated land data, and she has led and managed the configuration of numerous Environment Agency regional models into the National Groundwater Modelling System (NGMS).
